High quality of work is a crucial part of the AVTOBAN Group of Companies corporate culture.
To do this, the holding holds an annual Competition on the efficiency of the production companies / project management / construction departments and the quality of production processes.
Interim evaluations are held quarterly, and winners among construction departments, production companies and project management are encouraged. At the end of the year, the quarterly results are summarized and the winners in three nominations are identified, with their subsequent awarding.
All services involved in the production process take part in the competition, including geodesy, quality service, mechanics, vocational training, supply, labor protection and ecology, production sites.
AVTOBAN Holding also holds an annual competition of professional skills among drivers and locksmiths. The purpose of this event is to identify areas that require improvement, improve the skills of safe work, increase labor productivity and exchange best practices between employees of the group of companies. The winners of the contest receive prizes.

The company regularly hosts sports, patriotic and educational programs – summer and winter sports contests, media tours, holidays on the eve of the New Year, Victory Day and Builder's Day.

In April 2021, one of the oldest enterprises of the holding, CD-920, celebrated its 50th anniversary. In August 2021, the traditional celebration of the Builder's Day took place, which included a Sports contest (competitions in mini-football, volleyball and table tennis), awarding of the best employees, a round table meeting of the head of the holding Alexey Andreev with representatives of labor collectives of construction departments. A cultural and entertainment program was organized for the employees and their children.
