The beginning of the 4th start-up complex of the Central Ring Road corresponds to the end of the 3rd start-up complex and is located at the intersection of the Central Ring Road and M-7 Volga highway. Further, the route crosses Nosovikhinskoe, Yegoryevskoe, Ryazanskoe highways, M-5 Ural highway and ends at the intersection with M-4 Don highway.

CRR-4 Central Ring Road passes through the territory of 5 municipalities of the Moscow region — Noginsky municipal district, Pavlovo-Posad municipal district, Elektrostal urban district, Ramensky municipal district, Voskresensky district, Domodedovo urban district.
