Three two-level transport interchanges are built on the highway which is a new exit to the Moscow Ring Road of the federal M-1 Belarus highway (Moscow – Minsk) at the bypass of Odintsovo, which will be a natural continuation of the planned alternate route of Kutuzovsky avenue.
This is the first major road construction project implemented under the PPP scheme.
