8 December 2021, Moscow – JSC “AVTOBAN-Finance” announces that, further to prior statements by the management of Avtoban Group on the topic, the Group is considering, among other financing options available, the potential IPO of its parent company JSC “SOYUZDORSTROY”, subject to market conditions.
No formal decision regarding the IPO of JSC “SOYUZDORSTROY” has been taken. Avtoban Group will not provide any comments on the potential IPO at this time.
