Proyektno-Smetnoye Byuro, JSC was founded on March 20, 1943, and has over 70 years of experience in the development of projects for the construction, reconstruction and repair of highways. Throughout its rich history, the Proyektno-Smetnoye Byuro has constructed and reconstructed hundreds of kilometers of roads and roadside service facilities.
Proyektno-Smetnoye Byuro, JSC has a wide global reach of projects: the Chuvash Republic, the Republic of Mari El, the Republic of Tatarstan, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Penza, Saratov, Ryazan, Chelyabinsk regions.
The joint-stock company is a member of the RODOS Union of Road Design Organizations and the RODOS Union of Survey Organizations, operates on the basis of a certificate of compliance with the quality management system for activities in the field of architecture, engineering surveys, engineering design during construction, reconstruction, roadway replacement, repair of highways and airfields, bridges, flyovers and overpasses that meet the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015).
Proyektno-Smetnoye Byuro, JSC became a part of the AVTOBAN Group on August 28, 2008.
